Stressed out?? If so, you are NOT being Real...

Stress is a result of not being real.   Stress is caused when you are doing things you don't like to do but feel you 'have to' do them. Stress is also caused when you are doing things based on someone's expectation of you instead of you marching to the beat of your own drummer.

Stress most often happens when you are pretending something is okay with you when it is not.  The place were people are less real and pretend more is in the work place.   When you pretend that things are okay with you when they are not, that is the time when the body stresses out.

Stress is also caused when you make looking good in the eyes of other people more important to you than feeling good about who you are.  When you are 'be-ing real' with yourself, you will rarely, if ever, feel stressed out.
