YOUR STRESS COULD BE TELLING YOU:

1, It is time to quit working and go play.
2. Your body (at work) is not where your mind is (home/partying, etc.)
3. You are trying too hard.
4, You are afraid of something.
5  You are forcing yourself to do some activity you don't really want to do.
6. You are pretending to be something you are not.
7. You are selling out your integrity to impress another or receive approval,
8. You are afraid of being criticized by someone for something
9. You are not marching to the beat of your own drummer..
10. You are not being yourself, you are trying to be what another wants you to be.
