a. What do I think?

c. What do I need?
d. What are my choices?
5. Love Yourself
6. Do whatever you want as long as you are not hurting anyone, including yourself.
7. Make your own decisions.
8. Take care of yourself.
9. Share yourself with others
10. Hug
DON'T
1. Focus on other people
2. Focus on theories and doctrines
3. Don't hurt other people.
4. Don't judge other people.
5. Control other people.
